A brand new Mama and Papa!
Watching your children hold their child.
Alhamdulillah.
Like a phoenix stepping out of grief- filled ashes,
Hope rises.
It takes the form of
micro hiccups, mini sneezes, angelic smiles.
Oh and that ubiquitous, hereditary frown.
All praise is to Allah.
And the frown has turned upside down.
