This is, indeed, a dilemma. When you say, "you make me act this way and I don't like being like this;" in other words, "you are the one who is responsible for the fact that you are the victim of my ….. " Double whammy.
And I ask myself, "Is it the way you are acting or how I think you see me when you act that way that sets me off?"
All I can say is "This is how I feel when you…."
Easier said than done.
